It is provided to show that Calmativ Botanicals has performed our due diligence to provide a quality product that is produced in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States. We do this to the best of our understanding. If we make mistakes, it will only be due to the ambiguous combination of laws that surround industrial hemp. As far as we know, we have succeeded in meeting all of the criteria put forth through the laws as they are written.
We encourage all those who are wanting to buy any type of industrial hemp extract products to proceed with caution after they have educated themselves concerning the regulations of hemp on both local and national levels.
Calmativ Botanicals is a company providing 100% natural, organically grown, low-THC (some products are THC Free), high-CBD (Cannabidiol) industrial hemp oil that is sourced, processed, and packaged by our industry-leading partner, Master Industries, Inc. It is manufactured for use in an extensive array of products (with significant and promising health benefits) to the emerging and rapidly expanding hemp natural products and supplements markets. The recent identification of cannabinoid receptors in humans and all mammals has created a significant demand for industrial hemp derived CBD products. In October 2017, WADA (World Anti-Doping Association) has removed CBD as a prohibited substance for the use by competitive athletes. This opens a tremendous opportunity for the expansion into the sports medicine market.
the hemp market
In 1980, KannaLife Sciences, Inc. secured the first license to commercialize Hemp under Patent # 6,630, 507 (known as Patent 507). Fast forward and as the market has been developing, Dr. Sanja Gupta (who was against the legalization of Marijuana) reversed his course after meeting with 6 year old Charlotte Figi who suffered from seizures used medical marijuana to calm her brain and went from 300 seizures per week to 2 to 3 per month. Subsequently, CW (the Stanley Brothers) Botanicals created and grew strain as “Charlotte’s Web”. This strain has a high CBD content and low THC content making it available to cross state lines. In 2015, the market grew to $593,000,000 and then in 2016 it’s at $688,000,000 with projected growth to be in excess of $1.8 Billion or higher by industry projections by 2020. Just remember: HEMP IS NOT A DRUG. HEMP IS AN ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT.
Hemp Research & Pilot Programs Authorized in Sec. 7606 of The Farm Bill
On February 7, 2014, President Obama signed the Farm Bill of 2013 into law. Section 7606 of the act, Legitimacy of Industrial Hemp Research, defines industrial hemp as distinct from marijuana and authorizes institutions of higher education or state departments of agriculture in states that legalized hemp cultivation to regulate and conduct research and pilot programs.
Hemp as defined in a recent March 2017 report from the Congressional Research Service:
Industrial hemp is an agricultural commodity that is cultivated for the use in a wide range of products, including foods and beverages, cosmetics, and personal care products including nutritional supplements fabrics, and textiles, paper, construction, and other manufactured goods. The U.S market is largely dependent on imports, both as a finished hemp-containing product and as ingredients for use in further processing (mostly from Canada and China).
Calmativ Botanicals and Master Industries, Inc. are preparing and building the infrastructure for this next wave of growth. Master Industries, Inc. has the competitive advantage of being able to remove the THC without disturbing or reducing the natural CBD levels of the essential oils in hemp.
Their process is effectively done without the use of harsh chemicals. Most importantly, they own all the genetic rights to the plant stock and engage in responsible, organic farming practices. This has been done for seven generations producing from field to processing to packaging and into the hands of the consumer. We use the CO2 extraction process as a non-toxic and safe way to extract the CBD oils.
It has been reported by consumers that high-CBD industrial hemp oil offers a variety of therapeutic relief options for such ailments as general pain, anxiety, addiction issues (including smoking), acne, and insomnia, among others. The National Institute of Health has done recent studies outlining and affirming the positive effects of CBD.
Our product line includes (but not limited to):
• CBD Topical Lotions
• CBD Tinctures
• CBD Edibles
• CBD Gel Capsules
Although the market for high-CBD industrial hemp oil is rapidly growing, and the product is readily available for retail sale (either on the Internet or in stores) there is a quality and trust issue that exists as consumers cannot always be confident of the purity, strength, and efficacy of their purchase. Our farm (located in Colorado) produces a quality controlled process which consistently provides a clone-only product ensuring the consumer satisfaction.

the entourage effect
THE ENTOURAGE EFFECT CREATES SYNERGISTIC BENEFITS BETWEEN CANNABINOIDS AND TERPENES IN HEMP OIL PRODUCTS.
A common term when researching medical cannabis or hemp, the “entourage effect” – referring to the potential multiplying of effects that is theorized to take place when full-spectrum cannabis or hemp oil is used.
In addition to the major cannabinoids like THC and CBD, full-spectrum – also known as whole plant – cannabis oil contains over 400 active compounds in trace levels or higher that are used by the body.
While many people wrongly think that only high-THC marijuana can provide the entourage effect, we will show how hemp, another member of the cannabis family, can provide this same whole plant entourage effect.
WHAT IS THE ENTOURAGE EFFECT?
The term entourage effect was first introduced in cannabinoid science in 1998 by S. Ben-Shabat, along with noted cannabis researcher Raphael Mechoulam, to represent a potential enhancing effect that takes place when a full-spectrum of cannabinoids and terpenes is consumed.
In discussing this new theory, the researchers add credit to the use of full-spectrum cannabis products, saying, “This type of synergism may play a role in the widely held (but not experimentally based) view that in some cases plants are better drugs than the natural products isolated from them.”
While CBD, along with THC, has become a major topic in the use of cannabis and hemp products, the idea that other cannabinoids, terpenoids, and other compounds in cannabis may also contribute to its beneficial effects has been coined as the entourage effect.
Besides the major cannabinoids (THC and CBD), cannabis oils derived from different hemp and marijuana plants may also contain minor trace cannabinoids – like tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), cannabigerol (CBG), cannabichromene (CBC), cannabinol (CBN), and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) to name just a few of the over 100 cannabinoids present in cannabis.
Many of these cannabinoids have already been demonstrated to possess certain health and wellness benefits. The theory of the entourage effect postulates that when used in combination, these cannabinoids are able to work synergistically to enhance these effects.
WHAT ELSE CONTRIBUTES TO THE ENTOURAGE EFFECT?
However, it isn’t just the cannabinoids that may help create the entourage effect. Terpenes like limonene, myrcene, pinene, humulene, linalool, beta-caryophyllene, and others may also lend their beneficial properties to the overall effects of a cannabinoid routine.
Terpenes, known as terpenoids when oxidized, share a common molecular precursor with phytocannabinoids and evidence shows they can also interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system. Terpenes are highly bioavailable, some up to 70%, making them readily usable by the human body.
Over 200 terpenes have been reported so far in the cannabis plant, and many potentially display unique beneficial effects that may contribute meaningfully to the entourage effects of cannabis-based medicinal extracts. Many terpenes and cannabinoids act as either antagonists or agonists of endocannabinoid receptors and seem to work together in a range of synergistic ways on this system of neurotransmitters.
CAN HEMP OIL PROVIDE THE ENTOURAGE EFFECT?
Yes! Just like oil extracted from the marijuana plant, oil extracted from hemp also contains many cannabinoids, flavonoids, and terpenes, as well as essential vitamins and minerals, fatty acids, fiber, protein, and chlorophyll. All these components, when taken as a complete product, make hemp oil a complete supplement and encourage the entourage effect.
While there are trace amounts of a number of cannabinoids in hemp, the primary compounds are cannabidiolic acid (CBDa) and cannabidiol (CBD). CBDa is more abundant in live hemp than CBD, and to get high levels of CBD in hemp oil products, raw hemp oil must be decarboxylated in a process that heats the oil, changing CBDa into CBD. Both CBDa and CBD have been shown to possess a range of benefits through its interaction with the body’s native endocannabinoid system. CBD, CBDa, and the rest of the cannabinoids present in hemp work in tandem when absorbed into the bloodstream.
Additionally, extracted hemp oil contains an extensive list of naturally occurring vitamins, including vitamins A, C, and E. Also present are B complex vitamins like riboflavin, thiamine, and niacin. Hemp further contains vitamins that are not sufficiently present in most modern diets, like beta carotene, helping users gain the nutrients they need to maintain health. Hemp oil is likewise a source of minerals like zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, iron, and magnesium.
Protein in your diet is essential in the receiving of amino acids, but it’s important that we obtain protein from the right sources. Eating even small amounts of red meat has been warned against by health officials. Instead, essential amino acids can be obtained through sources like hemp, which contains all 20 amino acids – including the 9 essential amino acids our body can’t make on its own.
The one fat you can never get enough of is Omega 3, but modern diets typically use other, less healthy fats. While both Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are essential to human health, they should ideally be consumed at a close ratio of around 3:1. Eating the right kind of Omega 6 fatty acids, like gamma linolenic acid (GLA), a plant based Omega 6 fatty acid found in hemp at the 3:1 ratio suggested, can reduce the negative effects of high fat diets.
The cannabinoids in hemp oil work together in the entourage effect to provide their balancing effects, while the many nutrients present supplement our deficient modern diets. Contemporary fast food diets high in unhealthy fats largely fail in supplying the vitamins and minerals our bodies need each day, making dietary supplements with these nutrients critical in maintaining a healthy balance. Hemp oil contains a complex mix of cannabinoids, essential nutrients, healthy fats, protein, and fiber, making it a unique choice in daily use supplements.
When viewed as a complete dietary supplement, we begin to see the value of CBD hemp oil beyond being a source of CBD. The bioactive compounds found in hemp oil work together to provide health and wellness benefits and to stimulate the endocannabinoid system.

I am writing today to thank you for convincing me to try Calmativ Botanicals Hemp Extract Oil Tincture. Although I was not worried that I would have any bad side effects I will say I was skeptical if it would work. I pulled a muscle in my back working outside. The Dr. examined me and told me that I had a bad back already and there wasn’t much to do. Back surgery would cost several thousand dollars??? I don’t think so! The Dr. gave me some ibuprofen and glucosamine and I took them for about a month straight and it didn’t do anything. The ibuprofen helped my pain a little but overall didn't bring much improvement. Ok, you convinced me to try Calmativ Botanicals Hemp Extract and I have been taking two droppers twice a day, one in the morning and one around dinner time. At first it didn’t seem to be doing anything and my wife and I joked that it wasn't working! I have been taking this for about 5-6 weeks now and all I can say is I am a different person. HEY! I’m BACK! My wife almost cried she was so happy. There is no question we will continue with this product because it is the real deal. Thank you for convincing me but now you don’t have to, I have seen the results and they are real.
